Frequently asked questions about our Pay Monthly offers:

How does it work?

We will send you a voucher or accessories depending on the deal that you choose, if you sign up for a new Vodafone Pay Monthly contract. The first thing you need to do is choose which deal you want and then check out for free on our website. This will allow us to track your deal. You will then need to go to Vodafone website and sign up for the new contract, subject to credit checks. Once we receive confirmation from Vodafone that your contract has been processed, we will send you the vouchers for your deal.

How long does it take to get my vouchers?

It normally takes about 2 weeks from placing an order with us and then with Vodafone, to getting the vouchers delivered to your door.

What do I do if my vouchers don't arrive?

We will let you know before we ship your vouchers. If they do not arrive, let us know and we will arrange for replacement vouchers to be sent.

What if I change my mind?

If you check out with us but decide not to sign up for a new contract, then there is no obligation to us. Our contract with you only begins when we receive confirmation from Vodafone that you have completed a new contract.

What if I want to cancel my Vodafone contract?

You will need to speak to Vodafone to check their cancellation policy. We reserve the right to reclaim or cancel any existing or unused vouchers in this situation.
